Already open for business is Home Depot, Super Target, Best Buy, Petco, Bealls, Dick's Sporting Goods, and more. Future plans include a 9-screen Cinemark movie theater, 24 Hour Fitness, office building space, and many other restaurants and stores.
Avalon Village and Avalon Park communities are next to Blackhawk Golf Course where residents can find 18-holes right next door. Measuring more than 7,000 yards, the Blackhawk course layout will navigate you around trees, lakes, rolling hills, and creeks. A par-72 course, Blackhawk golf presents players of all skill levels with a fun day of play.
If you are looking for fun near home, the construction on the Avalon Swim & Community Center has already begun. The final plans feature a swimming pool, children's pool, changing rooms, basketball court, playground, picnic tables, and hike and bike trails navigating throughout the community.
