Spring Trails is a moderately priced, quiet neighborhood that is part of the larger Springbrook community that is in the Pflugerville area, but some parts have Round Rock addresses. Very confusing, but nonetheless the homes in Spring Trails and Springbrook are quiet and very family friendly. The neighborhoods are in an excellent location with close access to shopping and dining, but also feature streets with neighbors visiting, children playing, and mom's pushing their small children in strollers. Other neighborhoods within Springbrook are Spring Trails, Springbrook Meadows, and Springbrook Glen.
Spring Trails is a more recent community built by KB Homes and still features some active construction by the builder. Springbrook is more established and features homes a little more affordably priced. Both communities share the same fantastic location with the wealth of shopping and dining along Pecan Street (1825) and the large shopping and restaurant cluster at La Frontera Shopping Center at Louis Henna Blvd. and I35.
La Frontera Shopping Center is mere minutes away from Springbrook and Spring Trails and features retails stores such as Sam's Club, Lowe's, Bed Bath & Beyond, Barnes & Noble, Marshall's, Wal-Mart, and Target. Don't forget about restaurants, La Frontera has many featuring Sushi Nini, Macaroni Grill, Jason's Deli, Olive Garden, Joe's Crab Shack, Firebowl, Red Lobster, Tokyo Grill, and many more! This wealth of shopping and eateries provides more than enough to satisfy consumers.
Springbrook and Spring Trails have the luxury of a great amenity center located off of Picadilly Drive. Here residents can get a relaxing day of recreation with such features as a large swimming pool, changing rooms, playground, basketball court, and picnic tables.
